  Hi Douglas! We do have a hitch available for your 1994 Chevy Camaro Z28 with the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Class I - 1-1/4" # C11117, but this is rated to tow 2,000 pounds (907kg). That said, your Camaro is only rated to tow up to 1,000 pounds (453kg), so you are limited to that as you are only as strong as the lowest rated component. Which in this case, is the Camaro. Is there maybe a different vehicle you could use to tow your caravan with?

  Yes, it will Craig! I checked with Curt and their item # C11117 will fit a 2001 Z-28 with dual exhaust. We had a customer install this hitch on one and I have attached a couple pictures below that he sent in. The only modification required is a couple of holes drilled into the frame rails.   The Curt Trailer Hitch # C11117 will require drilling to install on a 1991 Chevy Camaro. There are two holes that need to be drilled with a 9/16" drill bit in order to secure the hitch.   I spoke to my contact at Curt Manufacturing and they stated that as long as the dual exhaust you have on your 1984 Pontiac Firebird was installed from the factory, then yes the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver part # C11117 will work for you.
