The Curt # C11117 will fit your 1987 Chevrolet Camaro with cross-flow muffler with dual exhaust outlets. I double checked with Curt and when they test fit the hitch on this Camaro generation it actually had a cross-flow muffler with dual exhaust tips so you won't have any issues.
