Rough roads don’t have to mean a rough ride. The Timbren Axle-Less Trailer Suspension uses AEON hollow rubber jounce springs to soak up road shock and support up to 2,000 lbs. The rebound springs control body roll and keep the trailer steady whether it’s loaded or empty. Together they deliver a quieter, smoother tow that keeps cargo from rattling and gear from bouncing around.
Traditional axles hang low and catch on obstacles. This system eliminates the axle beam completely, giving you more clearance while keeping your trailer deck at the same height. The standard-height spindle is built in, so you get extra space underneath without changing how you load or tow. It fits any trailer frame width and works independently on each side for better handling on uneven surfaces.
Keeping things greased and running smooth is simple with the built-in E-Z Lube spindles. Each spindle makes bearing service quick through the integrated grease zerk. The heavy-duty steel construction and black powder coat resist rust and corrosion, standing up to weather and miles of use.
Uneven tire wear shortens tire life and hurts performance. This suspension has camber and toe-in already built in, so your tires track straight and wear evenly. You get steady tracking and less maintenance over time.
Each of the two suspension units bolts directly to your trailer frame using 1/2" bolts (not included). The 4-bolt brake flange makes it simple to add compatible brakes and hubs. With 2-7/16" of suspension travel and a built-in crossbeam support option through a 2" x 2" steel tube (not included), it installs cleanly and keeps the frame square for reliable performance.

Hey Alan. I love seeing all your progress pics. However, I think my favorite part is the camper art on the back! Do you have a bucket list location you want to take it to?
