Question:
In your diagram measurement for part# A20rs545 you show a hubface measurment of 4 7/8 in. I am looking for a part # that would allow measurment to replace 1800 lb axle on a pwc trailer without brakes. In order to do a bolt on installation and not cutoff and reweld my fenders. I NEED A HUBFACE MEASUREMENT OF 6 inches with 5 on 4 1/2 Hhubs any suggestions? Thank you

For your trailer we have the Timbren Axle-Less Trailer Suspension System # ASR2000S02 that has a 2,000 pound weight capacity and a hub face dimension of right at 6 inches (see attached image).
This particular assembly does not include idler hubs but they can be added with the etrailer.com # AKIHUB-545-35-EZ-K. These hubs feature the 5 on 4-1/2 inch bolt pattern you're needing and includes the bearings, races, and seal.
I have attached a couple short video demonstrations that you can check out as well.

How flat does the mounting plate have to be for the 2,000 Pound Timbren Axle-Less System... +/- 1/8" or what do you suggest? I assume you shim it to get proper alignment or how do you align? Is there a link to installation instructions doc you can forward please. We'll be welding the mounting plate to a 3" channel that runs the length of the camper trailer. I was thinking of locating a cross member between the two bolt holes towards the pivot end of the axle-less system and welding the mounting plate to that T joint... or do you suggest something else? Thanks, David
