Great product, shipping was FAST. Instructions were adequate, but minimum - this was not surprising, you have to know how to bend wrenches to install something like this yourself.
I had a factory-installed tow hook on each side that had to be uninstalled, but once you remove the front bumper shroud it is easy to remove and all the bolts are easy to remove. Once the hook was out of the way, easy-peasy!

This Roadmaster Base plate is absolutly the strongest for safe towing. 1/4" base plate. Everything is heavy duty. Everything FITS perfectly and hole LINE UP!! One TIP - the 4-10mm x 1.5 x 45mm bolts would not fit my 2002 Gran Cherokee. INSTEAD get 8.8 hardness 3/8 x 16 thread (NC) x 1 1/2 inches long. This is the thread thats in the 2002 Grand Cherokee frame. Everything else is good to go. I would recommend this product and am VERY HAPPY. Installed about 1 hr. No hurry I'm 70. Will pull behind my truck camper with confidence 8^). Best price AND service from etrailer as always. Oh and get the fish wire bolt leader.

they provide the wire tool to help put the top two bolts in around
the top attachment. I looked on youtube and etrailer had a very nice video how to install with the part number for the wire threader.

Your sales representative was great his name is Brent J I have opened up the box and the parts look to be in really good condition and complete. I have yet to install the parts I will be doing that today. I’ll be more than happy to fill out the form to let you know how it pulls and how easy the connections were. Thank you for yawls prompt service. I never expected it to get to me so quickly and that’s a great thing. Found fit for passenger side bracket was a little tight in fitting against radiator, this could be due to being a v8 Jeep Grand Cherokee.
All ended well just a little aggravating that the bracket was so close on fitment.

We requested it be delivered ASAP and it arrived at just the right time. Product works perfect. It was easy to installand took about 1 hour without any experience with this kind to attachment. Directions to attached to vehicle were correct and easy to follow. Had to figure out the reciever attachment for my self. Not that hard to figure out. Would recommend product.

Installation was a bit trying. Ended up looking very clean and almost invisible.
Using the tow bar worked super easy and our motorhome hardly noticed the Mini Cooper back there.

Bolted right up. Installation should be done with bumper on, as you can't fit the ends through the louvers without some convincing. Works great so far. Was able to use a Stowmaster 5000 with it.

Everything related to my Mini towing system is working great after a year of use.i do wish I had bought a cover for the tow bar though. Keeping it clean would be easier with the cover. Great products and service from etrailet

The #118-3 is a perfect fit on my 1995 Geo Tracker. When you pull off the removable arms you would never know they are there. The Quality is very good easy to put on all you have to do is drill 4 holes the tube on the base plate fits into the tube on the frame of the tracker and with the 2 bolts it is a solid fit. I was worried about the plate nut getting it inside of the frame but it went in easy when you put it over the frame tube and use a thin piece of metal to slide it in place. I’m very happy with it. I probably could of got it on without taking my bumper off but with only 4 bolts holding my bumper on it made it easier

Awesome delivery speed, and a well made base plate for my 2007 Element. Installation was a breeze (thanks to my son’s heated shop) and I had to do no cutting to make this fit. I had a Stowmaster tow bar that came with my RV and etrailer was able to steer me to the correct missing parts to make this a really affordable installation. Now to get out of this snow!

The Base plate kit is well made and came with all the necessary hardware.Installation is relatively straight forward. I did have to enlarge two of the holes that didn't quite line up. But overall I'd recommend it.
