Im am very very satisfied with purchasing these chains from etrailer. First their web page was easy to navigate. Second the price was great. Then they were delivered as promised and quick. Once they arrived the quality is great and they came in a very nice carry case. Then I actually put them on in less then 5 minutes each and they went on without moving the truck like it says. so easy I couldn't believe it. I drove several times up and down my driveway without any problems with traction, and it was very slippery without them. I don't plan to use them all the time I plan to use them when I plow my driveway next year but just wanted to get prepared for next year. I put them over all season tires so I saved from getting snow tires for plowing. Great Job Team etrailer !!!
These are simple and easy to install on the tires. I would recommend you test fit them a couple times so you are familiar with the process, this can potentially be a pain if you have to put these on in bad conditions. They come in a nice storage bag. This is my second set I have for both vehicles. I can’t vouch for how they perform in the snow as I have been lucky enough to not get stuck however, I’m glad I have them as a backup and I’m confident they would work well as an emergency item. They fit good and tight and feel they are constructed well enough for a temporary emergency tool. These are not designed or made to be driven on a non snow or ice covered roads for long distances and high speed as they will be tough on your vehicle and would wear out. I definitely recommend having these as a backup tool.
I live in Buffalo NU. We get some snow! My company work van absstinks in the snow even with extra weight and snow tires. I got stuck in a very long driveway and had to break out the chains. Tons of snow & wind blowing. Still was not much difficulty popping then on. Got out of my situation with ease!! Highly recommend these!
I'm very happy with my snow chains! The chains are easy to install, the carrying case is great, the instructions are very clear, and George and Carol from etrailer provided great customer service! The chains are well-priced and are comparable to the Grizzlar Diamond tire chains.
Perfect installation in my driveway on a 90 degree August day! Might have a different experience on the side of the road in a blizzard! But installation is straight forward so hopefully it will be almost as easy. Did have a little difficulty getting them tangled after the first installation try, but I was able to get them straightened out. The installation photos provided were excellent. Great service from etrailer!

Did a practice install. Installs fine. 194/95R15. As with any chains, I highly recommend going a few practice installs in good weather before winter.
This product is very easy to put on and work great.
While the snow chains were easier to use than traditional snow chains, one of the links broke within the first day of use. I was driving less than 20 mph on snowy/icy roads so I don't know what went wrong. It was very frustrating to have the snow chains break almost immediately. As such, I cannot recommend this product.
Be warned! I bought the correct size and installed the chains correctly and on my first drive down a snowy mountain, the chains broke apart and the loose metal pieces damaged the front two wheel wells of my car, my shocks, and the paint/carbon alloy pieces. I have been given estimates that this will cost $3-5K to fix everything and the chains themselves are now also useless after one use. Be careful!

I installed one of the chains in the driveway to ensure the fit was snug given the lack of wheelwell space on the Prius. I like the diamond shape which I expect will be more aggressive than cables. Of course I hope that I don’t need them but feel well prepared if chains are required.
Everything looks good and shipping was quick. I was disappointed by the amount of shipping material used, it seemed excessive and bordered on wasteful to me. I would have preferred to shop at a brick and mortar store than to have pounds and pounds of cardboard and paper on my hands after receiving the product. Thank you for the chance to offer my comments, I hope there's a way shipping material can be reduced.

Good easy to use product and a very smooth transaction with quick shipping and delivery. Highly recommend working with etrailer. I have bought a few items over the years and have not been disappointed once.
After receiving the chains, we followed the installation instructions and video. The chains didn’t seem to fit right, so we contacted the company by phone for assistance. We received no call back. We called again and were advised to send an email with a photo and someone would get back. Nothing. We re-sent the email. Nothing.
We’ve not used the chains so cannot comment on quality. We can comment on customer support. Nothing.
