  There is no difference between the D-Ring Tie Down, part # RR06 and the tie-down that is included in the # RR6K other than the backing plate and the mounting hardware. the D-Ring is the same for both of these items. These have a capacity of 6,000 lbs and a safe working load limit of 2,000 lbs. These are a bolt-on design. The recessed ring swivels 360 degrees.
