Availability of CR Brophy D-Ring Tie-Down Without Countersunk Holes
Question:
Do you offer the Brophy # RR01-C without the counter sunk holes?
asked by: Noah
Expert Reply:
Was it the holes themselves you weren't wanting, or the fact that they're countersunk that you don't care for?
Brophy doesn't make a similar tie-down anchor without holes, but they do offer some with holes that aren't countersunk like part # RR05 with a 5K max load, or 1600 lb safe working load limit. There's also the # RR06 with a 6K max, 2000 lb safe working load limit. For a more secure installation, there's backing plates available, if you went with the # RR05, you'd use the # BP05 or # BP06 for the # RR06.
