This 6-leaf double-eye spring flexes to take the sting out of bumps and potholes, keeping the trailer steady and level on uneven pavement. Rated for a 4,500-lb axle and 2,250 lbs per spring, it gives your suspension the right balance of strength and flex so the trailer tracks smooth mile after mile.
Uneven or sagging suspension makes towing unpredictable. This spring restores correct geometry with an unloaded length of 26" from eye center to eye center and 1-3/4" width. When installed, it keeps the axle centered and level, reducing frame stress and tire wear. Worn bushings and sloppy bolt holes can cause noise and play in the suspension. This spring includes 9/16"-ID nylon bushings that fit snugly on standard suspension bolts, cutting down on metal-to-metal friction. I upgrade the leaf springs only because the manufacturer place bare minimum weight resistances and quality. I dont recommend exceeding your axle capacity though, my axles were well within my upgrade. It did raise the height ever so slightly 1. Not noticeable from bottom or my top stairs Ive made for my entry door. I wont be breaking any more springs on this Toyhauler, and I feel a difference in towing and stability. I had an alignment performed by professionals right after installing, I didnt want drifting and tire wear to be another problem. Hope this helps someone.

Easy install.Replaced 40 year old springs that were broken in more than one place. Took two hours to install. Raised thr trailer six inches and work the way they are supposed to.

Replaced a set of worn and broken 3500lb springs. We usually haul mulch and brush on this trailer. We have 2" increase in deck height over empty and loaded. Wonderful improvement.

These are junk. At the recommendation of these guys I upgraded my travel trailer springs to these. They didn’t last 1 year. They went flat on our first trip and I don’t overload my trailers. They wouldn’t replace them. Piss poor customer service. I’ll never buy from this company again.
