Hi, everybody. Andy here with etrailer.com. Let's take a real quick look at this Optronics Smoke Lens Taillight with Flange. Now this light does feature a smoke lens and black housing that's going to blend into your black trailer or vehicle while making you more visible for other drivers. It's eye catching but it's not going to be an eyesore. As you can see, it's really an attractive-looking light with that black flange and that smoke lens.
So as you can see, I do have this connected to my power source and this is currently the taillight function, but it also has brake and turn signal functionality, and then let me go ahead and turn my studio lights off here just to give you a better demonstration. So, again, normal taillight operation, and then your brake, and then turn signal function. So, LEDs are gonna last a whole lot longer than your typical incandescent bulbs. I'm gonna zoom out here just to give you another view from farther away, taillight, brake, and turn signal. You're gonna have 21 diodes in this light, and, again, this is a smoke lens with red LEDs, and this is going to be a very durable light.
It has a polycarbonate housing, (housing clacking) so I think it's gonna hold up really well for you, very durable, very tough, and it does have a plug-and-play PL3 connector so this will work with your three-pronged plugs, DOT compliant. Let me get my ruler here, give you some measurements. So looking at the overall length, you can see that, kind of hard to see probably, looks like we're sitting pretty close to about 7-9/16 inches long, the overall width about 3-5/16 inches wide, the thickness about 3/4 of an inch. We do have the measurements listed on this product page on the distance between the mounting holes, so if you're interested in that you can find that on this product page. So, again, a surface mount.
With this built-in flange, you will have to supply your own hardware that's gonna work best for your particular application. Well, I think that's gonna wrap up our quick look today. I do hope that it was helpful for you. Again, my name is Andy. Thank you for joining me.
