Switching to LEDs makes a big difference in brightness and efficiency. This Miro-Flex thinline trailer light uses 4 red LEDs that put out strong, even light while only drawing 0.051 amps at 12.8V. The faceted Miro-Flex reflector boosts output and gives it a clean, modern look. You get bright visibility with far less power use and no fragile bulbs to worry about.
Water damage can kill a light fast, but this one’s built to handle it. The housing and clear lens are sonically sealed into a single waterproof unit, keeping moisture completely out. It’s submersible, so even if your trailer gets dunked at a ramp or splashed on rough roads, the LEDs stay protected and working like new.
When space is limited, the slim Thinline design fits where bulkier lights won’t. Measuring just 4-1/16" long, 1-1/4" wide, and 1-1/8" thick, it mounts neatly to the surface using a bracket (A65B – sold separately). It accepts standard 1- or 2-prong plugs (A65P or A68P – sold separately), making wiring simple and clean without extra hardware fuss.
Visibility matters when you’re on the road, and this light’s P2 rating delivers a 45-degree beam to either side of center for dependable coverage straight on. It functions as a clearance or side marker light when properly mounted and meets DOT requirements for trailer lighting. You get consistent performance and safety you can count on every trip.
LEDs last up to 50 times longer than incandescent bulbs, so you can forget about frequent replacements. The polycarbonate housing and lens add extra toughness for long service life, even under rough conditions. Today we are going to take a look at Optronics Sealed Miro Flex Thin Line LED Trailer Marker and Clearance Light part number MCL63CRB. This light has a crystal clear lens that is sealed and waterproofed against the housing. Inside are 4 red LEDs that draw a total of .086 amps at 12.8 volts. The LEDs inside are also covered by a lifetime warranty from Optronics. This light is designed to snap into a mounting bracket using the tabs on the side. The mounting bracket will offer a connection for our ground and then we will use the single pole wire lead for our power. Next we are going to hook up this light up to a power supply so you can see how it looks. Next we are going to hook this light up to a power supply so you can see how it looks. Connect our ground connection to one of the prongs at the back and power to the other. Next we will turn off the overhead lights so you can see how bright the light is. these look a little different than the images shown but they seem to work just fine. they are a completely chrome looking in the daylight. The service level of eTrailer is very good though. follow up e-mails telling me when these would ship was nice.
Very pleased with the thin Miro- flex side markers. I put them on my 2001 dodge dually and man are they bright. I only wish they offered them in 2 1/2 too. But over all they are well worth buying if your looking for good looking lights on or off.
Upgrade Trailex incandescent fixtures with these LEDs. Much much brighter and takes vibration and moisture in the elements without "burnt out bulbs". A great upgrade. Depending on tow vehicle, switching to LCDs may require additional "load" in the wiring to prevent "burnet out" bulb warning in tow vehicle.
Perfect fit for my Trails West Sierra II horse trailer rear side marker light. My horses somehow bit off the original and this was the exact same fit. Trailer is the only place I could find these types of lights. Just sad the shipping had to cost more than the light itself
I have six of these amber leds on my boat trailer now, adding two red leds rear facing on fender. My Trailer has plenty of bling and everyone sees it coming and going... Etrailer service is always great, shipping prompt and pricing is the best I have found.
I can say enough about item,it was easy to install and it made my enclosed car trailer look outstanding. I would highly recommend these replacement lights to anyone who would like to upgrade the look of their trailer.
installed on sons 28 ft enclosed trailer as clearance lightes now when towing at night there is no way someone will come to close and cause an accident great price for lites to make sure your trailer is safe

Bought 6 of these, 4 red, 2 amber to replace all the ones on my trailer. Lights are nice and bright. Easy to install, just install the bracket, wire it up and snap in the light. Took me about an hour to replace all 6.

which bracket did you use for this light? all the ones ive seen are a little narrower than the actual light so in theory i wouldnt think it would work for this light. thanks

I have to press them back into the bases a little every now and again but its not really an issue. Still bright and looking good. Very pleased.
