This Dexter idler hub assembly is made for agricultural applications and fits 6,000-lb axles. It’s built from sturdy iron to handle steady loads and long days in the field. The hub supports a weight capacity of 3,000 lbs per hub, giving reliable performance for low-speed farm and implement use. With a 6 on 6" bolt pattern and 9/16" studs, it matches common ag wheel setups used on heavy implements and carts.
No need to gather extra parts—this hub comes complete and ready to install. Inside the box you’ll find both bearings (inner 25580 with 1.75" inner diameter, outer LM67048 with 1.25" inner diameter), their matching races (25520 and LM67010), a GS-2250DL grease seal (2.25" inner diameter, 3.376" outer diameter), grease cap, wheel bolts, and lug nuts. It’s a full package that makes getting back to work fast and straightforward.
If you’ve ever had to hammer in races, you know how easy it is to damage them. This Dexter hub takes that step out of the process—both inner and outer races are already pressed in from the factory. You just add your bearings, grease seal, cap, and nuts, and you’re ready to roll. It keeps installation clean and consistent every time.
The precision-machined iron body gives a snug fit for the bearings and hardware so everything runs smooth under load. The grease cap flange measures 2.44", sealing out dirt while keeping lubrication where it belongs. This kind of solid construction is what makes Dexter hubs a dependable choice when you need durability in tough agricultural conditions.
1. Count the lug holes
Look at the wheel hub or the back of the wheel and count how many lug holes there are(also called bolt holes).
Common configurations include: 4-lug, 5-lug, 6-lug and 8 lug
2a. For even lug counts (4-lug, 6-lug, 8-lug)
Measure from the center of one lug hole directly across to the center of the hole opposite it.
Common configurations: 4 on 4", 6 on 5.5", 8 on 6.5"
2b. For odd lug counts (5-lug)
Measure from the center of one lug hole to the outer edge of the hole directly across (not center-to-center since there's no directly opposite hole).
Common configurations: 5 on 4.5" (most popular), 5 on 5", 5 on 4.75", 5 on 5.5"

Fast Delivery
Nice hub, would be nice to have a good quality made in the USA bearing as well, not some import brand.
The Hub Assembly arrived promptly and in great secure packaging. We were able to get it installed quickly and back in the hay field.

Excellent vendor
We received the wrong inner bearing and grease cap with our hub assembly. However, I called and spoke to Alex, an extremely polite and helpful customer service rep, he was able to get the correct items sent out to me.
Got the hubs i needed. Loved that i could call and get an actual person, who knew what she was talking about, and without having to press a million prompts to get a person.
