The bearing LM67028 is likely # LM67048, which has an inner diameter of 1.250", though you'll want to measure using a digital caliper to make sure they are the same. We do have idler hubs that use # LM67048 as the outer bearing and # 25580 as the inner bearing. Dexter Trailer Idler Hub Assembly # 8-213-5UC1 uses those bearings along with grease seal # GS-2125DL which has a 2.125" inner diameter. This assembly has a 6 on 5-1/2 bolt pattern and is for 5,200 lb to 6,000 lb axles.

The other idler hub we have that uses those bearings is # 42660UC1, which is for agricultural applications on 6,000 lb axles, has a 6 on 6 bolt pattern and uses grease seal # GS-2250DL, which has an inner diameter of 2.250".

In order to find your bolt pattern you will need to measure center-to-center on lugs directly across from each other. I have added a link to a help article on measuring bolt pattern that should be useful, as well as links to video reviews for you to take a look at.
