Ready for E-Z Lube Maintenance: Grease Cap with Removable Plug
Keeping bearings in good shape doesn’t have to mean pulling everything apart. This hub comes with an E-Z Lube grease cap that has a removable plug for direct access to the zerk fitting on your spindle. Just pop the plug, grease through the fitting, and keep rolling without the mess or downtime.
Protected from Corrosion: Durable E-Coat Finish
Water and road debris can take a toll on unprotected metal. The black E-coat finish on this hub shields against rust and wear, so it stays looking clean and performs consistently in wet or humid conditions. It’s ideal for trailers that see frequent outdoor use or storage.
Complete Assembly with Bearings and Seal Included
This hub kit comes ready with inner bearing (25580), outer bearing (02475), matching races (25520 and 02420), grease seal (GS-2250DL), and an E-Z Lube cap. The inner bearing has a 1.75" inner diameter, and the outer bearing has a 1.25" inner diameter for a precise fit. The grease seal measures 2.25" ID and 3.376" OD, giving you everything needed to mount up without extra parts runs.

Determining Bolt Pattern
1. Count the lug holes
Look at the wheel hub or the back of the wheel and count how many lug holes there are(also called bolt holes).
Common configurations include: 4-lug, 5-lug, 6-lug and 8 lug
2a. For even lug counts (4-lug, 6-lug, 8-lug)
Measure from the center of one lug hole directly across to the center of the hole opposite it.
Common configurations: 4 on 4", 6 on 5.5", 8 on 6.5"
2b. For odd lug counts (5-lug)
Measure from the center of one lug hole to the outer edge of the hole directly across (not center-to-center since there's no directly opposite hole).
Common configurations: 5 on 4.5" (most popular), 5 on 5", 5 on 4.75", 5 on 5.5"

I put the hydraulic disc brakes on 2 of my trailers( 8000 lb, spring and 8000 lb. rubber ride). They stop 100% better now than they did with drum brakes. I had to fabricate my own spindle flanges on 2 of the axels to make the disc brakes fit correctly, the stock Axel flanges were off by 3/8" which didn't line up with the rotors. But once we worked out the variables the brakes were great, have worked perfectly. You can count on stopping in time now.

After dealing with two local trailer suppliers and getting nothing but a runaround, a friend told me about etrailer.com, what a blessing... Found what I needed easily, great knowledgeable folks to deal with, but long wait for the product... Which was shipped as soon as etrailer got it in...Product was ok but all lugs threads were rusted and needed cleaning, which took a hour or two, so I could screw on the lug nuts.............BUT HAPPY TO HAVE THE HUB AND GET THE TRAILER BACK ON THE ROAD Thanks etrailer.com! !

- Disc Brakes for Sundowner Toy Hauler With Lippert Drum 2420801Hi James; Lippert wasn't able to identify the hub off of that number so I'm not 100% sure what bearing combination you have. It does look like it is an 8k hub with a 12" x 2" drum which isn't common. Another customer reported # 25580 inner and # 02475 outer bearings with some uncertainty but that would line up with your standard 8k bearing combination. Assuming that is correct, you can use the # KOD82FR if you're looking for a hub/rotor. If you want to use slip-on rotors you will need...

This Product Help me Out of a Bind Twice. Found The Problem on the Passenger Side Product Was A Perfect Fit Simple Install. Then I proceeded to the Drivers Side And Noticed a New Problem.
