Can Dexter Trailer Hub # 008-399-92 Fit Hub Centric Wheels

Lug nuts the hub pilot is 4.77 one of my concerns is the depth of the hub if the surface are can hold the thickness of the Kodak brake rotor and still support the hub centric wheel ?

What's the pilot diameter of your wheel and does it normally attach with lug bolts or lug nuts?
