Does it fit a spindle # 42? Does it come with a new spindle washer and lock nut as well as the stud nuts?

The 42 spindle takes a 5,200 lb hub like part # AKHD-655-6-EZ-K and uses bearings # 25580 and typically # 15123. The hub kits do not include the spindle washer, lock nut, or stud nuts as those come with the spindle.
