Keep your trailer ramp door pristine with this robust rubber bumper that prevents damage from ground contact. Built with durable industrial rubber, this bumper effortlessly cushions impacts, saving your ramp door from unsightly scratches and potential damage each time you lower it.
This isn’t just a bumper for your ramp door; its flexibility allows it to double as a dependable door stopper or even a dock bumper. Whether you need to keep trailer barn doors from hitting the sides or provide a buffer at loading docks, versatility is at the heart of its design.
Enjoy easy installation thanks to a straightforward design. Just bolt it through the 3/8-inch center mounting hole using standard 3/8-inch diameter bolts—it’s that simple. This means no fuss, no hassle, and a perfect fit every time, allowing you to get on with your work.
Crafted to meet the needs of most trailers, this bumper boasts a 2-1/2-inch outer diameter and a 1-inch height. This size is ideal for ensuring your ramp doors and other applications remain protected from damaging impacts.
Made from industrial-grade rubber, this bumper is engineered to last. It offers durability and flexibility, ensuring it holds up under repeated use over time, even in tough conditions, making it a trustworthy choice for your trailer needs.

What's up everybody It's AJ with etrailer.com. Today, we're gonna be checking out this bumper for enclosed trailer ramp doors. So you can see right here, our old one, I took it off, it was only a chunk of it left, so we have to replace it, so that's what this part's gonna do, it's gonna sit up here, so when you bring this ramp door down, the bumpers will hit the ground and you're not just slamming the ramp against the ground. Let's check it out. Jumping right to it, when we replace this, we use the existing hardware, it doesn't come with any hardware, so I got a washer and a bolt to put in there, we're just gonna put it right back in that same spot and start to tighten it down. Come back with my ratchet and socket and continue to tighten it down.
Taking a closer look at the bumper, it's gonna be 2 1/2 inches in diameter, it's also gonna have a 3/8 inch of a hole there in the center, so that way, you can pick out the right hardware, like I said, we got a bolt and a washer there just to hold it in. It's gonna be an industrial strength rubber, so it's really gonna be able to take that impact when you drop that door, it's not gonna just destroy or crack on the first couple drops, it'll last a long time, and the elements shouldn't bother too much, but these have been on this trailer for a very long time, so you can definitely see that the other ones are a little worn down, I should probably go ahead and replace all of them too. Another nice thing is it's gonna stick up an inch when you add that pad to the ramp, so when your lower it, the ramp's not just gonna just slam on the ground, which means it's not gonna smash your hands, there's still room in here because of that bumper for my fingers not to get smashed. Now, not just for the back ramp either, you can use them on your side doors, you can see we have one in here and one at the top, so when we open this door all the way, it doesn't make contact with the trailer, it stops before it does that. You don't have to just use it on the back ramp either, you can use it on the side of your trailer, so we have one down here, one up there, and that's just for when we opened this barn door, if it was to swing all the way open and slam against the trailer, it wouldn't just hit the trailer, it would hit those bumpers first.
So overall, very handy to have this on your ramp or the side of your trailer. I like that you can do this, like I said, to protect your hands when you're dropping the ramp, protect the ramp when you're dropping the ramp, or even the trailer when you're opening that side door, there's a nice bumper in there to keep from damage itself. Well, I think that does it. Thanks for hanging out, and I hope this helped..
These bumpers worked great. I saw a ramp door online and copied it for my shed. I built the ramp door from the shed double opening doors and used most of the parts from etrailer.com The rubber bumpers are at the top of the ramp and are used for the ramp to open on. They do a great job.
Box was torn open with one missing. Other than that, they look good
These bumpers are really sturdy, I'm using them for boom stops on the backhoe and as feet for our 9K generator. They hold up very well.
As good or better than the original

Working perfectly after a year as good or better than the original
Nice industry standard bumper. Great to have E-Trailer have it in stock and get it out the door quickly. Since these are out in the sun everyday, they need to be replaced every 8-10 years it seems.

I have purchased these before for my horse trailer. So glad they come in black now
Excellent replacement ramp bumpers. An exact fit.
They are a great replacement part thanks for all your trouble..
Happy to say that I replaced with these and they are doing the job. The old ones were worn and cracked and didn’t have the flexibility these new ones do. Thank you!
They arrived on time & what we ordered.
I bought a box trailer that had 3 of these on the ramp, but was going to use it for hauling 2 harley-Davidson street glides. The height of the motorcycles would be between the bumpers so I got 5, 3 to replace the original bumpers, and 2 new ones to support the path of the bikes. After a year of service, they are doing great.
Exactly what I needed.
This product is well manufactured.
