Enclosed Trailer Transition Plate - Universal - 1,000 lbs To whom it may concern, I need a transition plate that can handle a 2000 pound pallet. What do you recommend?

The etrailer Enclosed Trailer Transition Plate # e32JR is the only transition plate we carry and it does have a working load limit of 1,000 lbs. We have tested this transition plate extensively, and have found that it holds up well, even when loading items well over 1,000 lbs. We did find that the plate will bend when under heavier loads. So while it may technically work for loading a 2,000 lb pallet, it is not recommended to exceed the 1,000 lb WLL, as this may cause non-warranty damage to the plate itself, and possibly your trailer.
