The boat rollers I received were exactly as described. Excellent quality. I would have graded the purchase experience at 5 stars if it hadn't been for a minor disagreement which WAS REMEDIED by the extremely friendly and professional contact person that I spoke with.

We used the rollers to construct a boat ramp to pull our pontoon boat out of the water in the winter. We used about 36 of them and placed them at 3 ft. intervals and it worked perfectly . Very good product and at a fraction of the cost at other places.

A piece of 1" galvanized pipe about 10" long inserted in the roller after removing (then re-installing) one end cap will greatly strengthen the roller.

Works fine.
this item was a tough one to put in. We have to launch the boat first and then work on getting the roller on. As you might guess, the rods holding the old rollers were rusted and could not just uncrew the nuts and bolts. had to find a cut off wheel to do the job and get new bolts and nuts. shop can do all this in 30 mins, we took three hours, but great product, it works

Rollers replaced same make/model rollers on my boat trailer that is 25 years old. My boat weighs around 6k lbs. The old ones held up very well for 25 years and I hope these replacements will do as well.
