  Your best option is going to be bolster bracket set # CE10196G-4 which is a quantity of 4 so if you wanted 6 you would need 2 sets and you would have a couple of spares should they be needed.   The # CE10002G-4 CE Smith Bolster and Swivel is 13" tall. Assuming you mount it at the position to gain the most height, you should have 9" remaining. Losing the height from attaching to the 3" crossmember leaves you with 10" remaining. You will lose 1" at the bottom with the 1/2" below the lower mounting hole and 1/2" diameter U-bolt.
