Thanks for the photos. For your boat trailer, I recommend the CE Smith Bolster and Swivel Bracket Assemblies - Galvanized Steel - 13" - Qty 4 # CE10002G-4. These brackets are available in different heights. These brackets are held to your trailer with u-bolts like the CE Smith U-Bolts - Galvanized - 3-13/16" Long x 3-1/16" Wide x 1/2" Diameter - Qty 4 # CE15283GA-4.

In order to determine the torque rating for the lug nuts on your trailer you will need to know check out the chart I attached that shows all of the torque specs for all the trailer lugs available based on stud size, wheel material and wheel size.
