You can switch from roller bunks to carpeted bunk boards, and for a 20 foot trailer you will simply need to add four of the 5 foot CE Smith Carpeted Bunk Boards for Boat Trailers # CE27820.
You can attach them to your trailer frame with the appropriate length of swivel brackets, depending on what you need:
- 9 Inch: CE Smith Bolster and Swivel Bracket Assemblies # CE10000G-4
- 11 Inch: CE Smith Bolster and Swivel Bracket Assemblies # CE10001G-4
- 13 Inch: CE Smith Bolster and Swivel Bracket Assemblies # CE10002G-4
The swivel brackets will attach to your frame with U-bolts, and you'll need the correct width, depending on the size of your trailer frame, such as the 3-13/16" Long x 3-1/16" Wide CE Smith U-Bolts # CE15283GA-8.
I have added a link below to our selection of U-bolts for you if you need a different width; you can easily filter the correct size width on that page if need be.
