When you’re pulling a heavy trailer, you want it to track straight and stay stable mile after mile. This 6,000-lb trailer axle beam is built from high-strength steel and engineered with a slight camber bend that keeps the tires flat on the road under load. That means even tread contact, steady acceleration, and controlled towing—no wandering or uneven wear.
Getting the right geometry keeps everything lined up. This axle measures 86-1/2" from hub-face-to-hub-face and 71-1/2" from spring-center-to-spring-center, with the spring seats already welded in place. The 3" diameter round tube provides solid support for leaf spring suspension setups, making it a strong foundation when fabricating or replacing a suspension.
Keeping wheel bearings lubricated shouldn’t require pulling everything apart. The straight Easy Grease spindles come with built-in grease zerks, so you can pump in grease through the spindle without removing the hubs. It’s a cleaner, quicker way to maintain smooth rotation and longer bearing life.
This axle uses an underslung setup with the spring seats welded to the underside of the tube, lowering the trailer for easier loading and unloading. Each spindle is joined using a patented welding process that produces 40% stronger welds to resist failure under load. It’s a dependable build that holds up to demanding use.
The spindle design fits hubs using 25580 inner bearings, 15123 outer bearings, and GS2250-DL seals with a 2.25" inner diameter. With standard sizing and CSA, QAI, and SAE-N certified construction, it’s ready to pair with common hub setups for a reliable replacement or custom build.

I could not find the exact axle for my 2006 Carryall tandem axle trailer. This one was a perfect fit between spring perches but increased the distance between wheels by one inch. Also had to use a wheel seal with a larger ID. This was not a problem at all. I will be replacing the front axle shortly. The originals had a rust issue where the spring gripes (u-bolts) hold the axle. Well built product!
This is a quality axle that I will use on my single axle utility trailer. The axle is cambered and has the spring seats mounted. Just install your springs and hubs and you're ready to go! Great product!!!
Easy to install, great quality and has performed flawless, used it on the front axle of my tandem axle skid loader trailer.
Just what I needed.
I like it the only reason I not put excellent is because the grease fitting thinks it's damaged
The product seems perfect but both grease fittings on the axle got smashed and transport I have to replace them
Everything is working perfect with that replacement axle. I have definitely put it to the test a lot of miles with a lot of weight. Very highly recommended.
Great customer service quick delivery on orders
The threads on one spindle were damaged. One spindle had a rubber cap protecting the spindle threads, but the other side did not. I doubt the damage occurred during shipping since the axle was well wrapped. I was able to get the spindle nut started (after many attempts) and straighten out the threads. Other than thread issue, the new axle fit perfectly.
The axle fit great. Just what I ordered. The reason for 4 stars is because the packing did not protect the grease zurc on 1 side. There was a rubber guard that protected 1 side but not the other. Without the cover, the grease zurc was damaged during shipment.
So far performing well. Have not been able to use trailer yet as much as I wanted to, don't use the grease nipples. Its easy to regrease without.
Part was an exact fit
Seems like a quality product. Did not come with nuts for the brake retaining studs though. They are 3/8-24 for anyone who needs to know. I couldn't find this info in the description.
The axles that I ordered last year are still working out great. But even better than the parts was the service I got from etrailer. It was so great working with a company who took the time to listen to my project and help me get the right parts I needed, especially coming right off the heels of a terrible experience dealing with bad information and wrong parts from a competitor. Even with some damages in shipping, the returns/ and replacements were no hassle, with most issues being quickly resolved and not even costing me any additional downtime. As a contractor keeping a small fleet rolling, your competency and professionalism have made me a customer for life!! You guys at etrailer will be my first stop for trailer parts.
Great price and good quality. 3500 lbs 4 in 74 in spring ct . Like center grease to rear bearing hole. Packed then removed zerk and then used bearing buddy
The product is very good, but the method of shipping was terrible. Originally, I ordered this about a month ago and the first one was shipped to me by USPS which I never received. I had to call Amy to re-order another one 2 weeks later. The second one was sent by UPS and I received it within four days. Amy is very helpful.
WOW! Super fast shipping! Ordered on Saturday. They said it would be here on Friday, it showed up on Wednesday.
fast shipping and the part fit great.
Came nice & quick!
Welds looked good however the assembler failed to rotationally align the weld on spindle/brake mounts properly. One was about 3 degrees off and the other side was an 9.5 degrees from the 12 oclock position. Not sure about the thickness of the tube. Kind of strange to look at when the top of the brake system is not at 12 oclock. Found this after I removed the spring pads on this 2.1 degree camber axle so I had to jig the tube to fine zero toe to locate the new pads as the 2.1 camber tube changes wheel alignment depending on the bend/ springpad relationship. Not sure the AVG JOE is going to be able to move the spring pads when the brake mounts can't be used as a reliable ref point. If the toe is off from improper pad rotational location. the trailer will eat tires at best or worse cause a loss of controlled tracking and someone could get get killed.
