For your 2018 Grand Design Reflection 337RLS you need a 6,000 lb axle with an 86-1/2" hub face measurement and 68-1/2" spring center length. Since the spring seats can be moved, you can use the Trailer Axle Beam with Easy Grease Spindles # e33GR as a replacement.
This axle matches your current axle length and has a spring center measurement of 71-1/2". You will need to cut off the spring seats on the # e33GR and weld on # TRSS300 to match your current spring-center-to-spring-center length. This is a fairly common practice for replacement axles. If you would prefer to stick with Dexter the # 8327826 is also available. This would require moving the spring seats as well.
