Replacement 6K Axle Recommendation for a 2018 Coachmen Camper

Question:

I am looking for a replacement axle for my 2018 caochman camper as the tube is bent. Dexter P//N 1284243, S/N 13112897, HF=86.50, SC=68.50, 5200lb. Let me know if there are any options for a heavier tube, From what i have read 6000lb is the same Diameter and wall thickness with just a different bearing. all of my brake components are in good shape and could be moved to new axle.

The closest thing we have for your application is the 6K Trailer Axle Beam with Easy Grease Spindles # e33GR. This matches your hub face dimension of 86-1/2" but the spring center measures 71-1/2" so you'll either need to have a certified welder cut off and weld on new spring centers to match your 68-1/2" measurement, or you'll need to reach out to a local trailer shop and have them order a custom axle for you.

This axle uses the following bearings and seal so you'll want to compare this to what you currently have:

Bearings: 25580 inner, 15123 outer
Seal: GS2250-DL, inner diameter 2.25"
