Hey Charles, thanks for the measurements. The closest axle I have to yours is the Trailer Axle Beam item # e33GR. This axle has a 86-1/2" hub face with a 71-1/2" spring center. This might work depending on your fender setup. The hubs are going to stick out an additional 1.125" on either side. The spring seats being off 1/4" will be fine.
What lug nut pattern are you currently using? The item # e33GR is a 6,000 lbs axle so depending on how big your boat trailer is you may not be able to swap out your current hubs with the new axle.
