Carrying tall gear or large items doesn’t mean you have to take the cover off. The Revolver X2 rolls up in seconds and secures behind the cab with built-in nylon straps and sturdy plastic buckles. You still get full bed use and clear rear-window visibility. Because it mounts inside the bed rails, stake pockets stay open for accessories like tie-downs or ladder racks.

The Revolver X2 blends the strength of a hard cover with the flexibility of a roll-up. Underneath, 1/4"-thick, aircraft-grade aluminum slats handle up to 400 lbs of evenly distributed weight. A tough textured black vinyl layer adds a sleek look while shielding the slats from impacts, UV rays, and weather. The hybrid construction keeps your gear safe and your cover looking good through years of use.

Rain, dust, and snow stay out thanks to matte black rubber seals that line the rails, cab, and tailgate. Rustproof, aircraft-grade aluminum rails with a black powder-coat finish create a solid base and help keep water from seeping in. The design delivers near-watertight performance while keeping the cover low and flush with the bed.

You don’t have to wrestle with snaps or Velcro. When the cover is closed and the tailgate is locked, the entire bed is sealed. Heavy-duty, gusset-reinforced levers at the tailgate engage rotating teeth along both side rails, locking each slat in place. To open, just drop the tailgate and pull the release cord at either side—both latches disengage at once so you can roll it up easily.

Installation takes only a wrench and a few clamps—no holes to drill. The frame rails clamp to the inside of the bed rails, and the front hinge rail bolts securely to them. Slotted brackets and pre-installed spacers make alignment straightforward so the cover sits square and seals evenly. Once tightened down, the Revolver X2 is ready for daily duty without extra adjustments.

Hi Laura - I am still pleased with my BAK bed cover. I dont like it quite as well as the previous version I had on my other 2013 Nissan Frontier truck which got stolen, hence the new cover, but I am still pleased with the product. The new cover doesnt roll or latch quite as smoothly as the old one, but it still works well. They also slightly changed the clips for anchoring the rolled up cover, and I find them harder to clip in and maintain tension on the strap, but again they do work. Thanks for following up.

Its still holding up well and it looks as good as it did the day I installed it. I have no regrets about making this purchase.

My judgment has not changed. This cover is still excellent. If I ever get a different truck, this will be among my first accessory purchases.

Well, not so happy with the product. The carpeting fell off on the underside of the cover. Also the right side of the cover towards the tailgate shrank. Its been a few months since I started to have those issues and should of contacted you earlier for warranty. Hopefully its not too late for a warranty claim.

I am sorry to hear that this cover is not working out for you. Would you be able to send a picture of where the vinyl is separating from the aluminum?
