The series of BAK hard tonneau covers that is confirmed to be fully compatible with the Thule TracRac SR Sliding Ladder Rack systems is their Revolver series, both the X2 and X4s versions. The BAKFlip you're looking at will technically install with the TracRac SR but you'll have to adjust the ladder rack back and forth to open and close the cover.

Here are the Revolver covers which fit the various bed lengths of the 2018 Sierra 1500:

5-1/2-ft bed: Revolver X4s # BAK25VR and Revolver X2 # BAK39120
6-1/2-ft bed: Revolver X4s # BAK52VR and Revolver X2 # BAK39121
8-foot bed: Revolver X4s # BAK32VR and Revolver X2 # BAK39122

All Thule TracRac SR Sliding Ladder Racks for the various versions of your truck appear on the linked page. Because the SR rack mounts on the tops of the bed rails, not inside them like the BAK Revolver covers, they work well together.
