Hi, everybody. Andy here with etrailer.com, and today we're gonna take a look at this Thule toolbox mounting kit. This kit is going to let you mount your crossover style toolbox to the base rails of your Thule TracRac sliding ladder rack system. This kit will accommodate most toolboxes. You just wanna confirm that the box is going to fit between the base rails. Now the included rails are going to mount to the inner top T tracks of your Thule TracRac base rails, and your toolbox attaches to the rails which slide along the T track, giving you that ultimate adjustability.
The included quick release knobs on either rail are going to tighten to secure your box in place, and loosen to let you slide your box along the track. Now, this kit is made here in the USA. Instructions are included to walk you through the installation process, and this includes everything that you see here on my table before me. All the mounting hardware that you're going to need to install this kit. Well, that's gonna conclude our quick look today.

Happy with the fast delivery and friendly helpful service. Over all product is all that I hoped for. Unfortunately the cantilever had to be machined as the Holes were not drilled out and tapped properly also the toolbox rails came jest plain aluminum as it's old stock that is from the first track rack system. So no powder coating to match all the rest of the parts that are heavy gunmetal gray. new generation track rack is not as well made as the original as it had solid welding on all the parts. Simply awesome. Detailed pictures of how it's supposed to look. As no video to show this step if you add the tool box extension to your Thule TrackRack SR system " if you add the extra wide box be sure to order two sets of extension kits. You need to have Tool box supported the whole distance from rail to bottom of box plus you'll now have 4 stops two at back of track two in front of track to keep tool box from sliding either direction make sure you use all five slide bolts in the tool box slots both sides ensures smooth sliding operation.

Still working great.
I am happy with my Tracrac. I have a hard tonneau cover and carbon fiber bed. Had to use outside rails only for the folding tonneau cover. Also the bed is not quite square, so a close inspection will a visual difference
Great accessory for the Thule sliding r ails.
