Excellent quality. Put them in right the way and drove around a bit. They’re solid. Thanks

by:

Your customer service is really great and the product works flawlessly.

by:

Very please with the assistance I received from Alex. Front start to finish Alex handled the sales process, including getting me the merchandise very quickly, with aplomb and politeness.

by:

Fast service, kept me informed throughout the process. The ski rack works perfectly for my needs. Excellent quality.

by:

I am impressed with the product, engineering, and simplicity. The only problem I can see is when you take off the rack while parked a the slope, you must heat up the suction pads before reattaching, and scrape the roof if there has been any precipitation.

by:

Durable construction with easy assembly and quick fit to vehicle. Disappointed in the always locked rack mechanism, but understand it's for security.

by:

Only used them once for a 4 hour drive to the slopes. Transported two snowboards at highway speeds for a majority of the travel. Mounts stayed planted and were still very secure at arrival. Nice to be able to remove to when at destination while traveling around locally.

by:

My package was lost in transit and etrailer didn’t waste my time with the tracking investigation, they immediately replaced my order. Great customer service!

by:

I like the fact that it comes with the tools required to set it up. Very sturdy. It sits on the panoramic glass roof of my car. One of the suction cups lost a bit of pressure after 200 miles of driving at highway speed. I'll keep an eye on it. One suggestion: produce a more aero design of this rack, it's a bit noisy. Overall I like it !

by:

This ski rack works perfectly! We lease our SUV and didn’t want to invest in the car manufacturer ski rack. The SeaSucker was the best find! It’s easy to install and totally secure. We fit 4 pairs of skis on it and drive on highways etc and never have an issue. Highly recommend.

by:

Check the recommended temperature needed for installation. Don’t know how that works in a garage in the winter.

by:

The product is great, I was nervous in the beginning but it held the 3 skis on the worst wind/ snow/ ice conditions on the 1000+ road trips. It was easy to assemble on my Tesla ‘s glass roof top. The product arrived with a slight crack on the plastic where the lock is located but didn’t bother me. I guess the small plastic area could be more sturdy

by:

I did receive the rack today, thank you for chasing!

There seems to be an issue with the lock tumbler. The keys can't be removed unless the lock is in locked position. I've reached out to SeaSucker to see if this is a problem or by design.

This carrier worked incredibly well! At first, we were disappointed that due to the grooves on the roof of our 2018 Honda Odyssey, the suction cups would not form a seal- the cups on each rack were spaced so the grooves couldn't be avoided. We had assumed the roof was the optimal placement. Not so! The instructions illustrated a placement on the rear window. This worked out even better! Much easier to reach than the roof. We were concerned about driving with an obstructed rear window, but using side mirrors and backup camera, we were fine. The suction cups do need to be perfectly clean in order to seal, so we brought a spray bottle of water with us on our trip. This came in handy for re-mounting the rack for the ride home. Previous reviewer tips were very helpful, such as getting a car wash before mounting, importance of checking for any orange band showing at pit stops (we had no loosening on our 2 hour trip), and lack of a lock, which meant that we removed the rack after unloading the skis at our destinations and put it in the car...no big deal. Much better than having a rack permanently affixed on a car soon to come off lease. We benefitted from mounting our gear the day before our trip in a trial run. Once we got the hang of it, we were amazed at how all four pairs of skis and poles fit in the rack, and the cover locked them on with no difficulty at all. Excellent product, fast shipping, helpful website! Thank you!

by:

Sorry it took so long to reply, but finally got to use the rack.
Here's a picture. Hope you use it on your website.

by:

Just amazing! Surprisingly strong grip and build with quality materials. Seems like a great durable product to me.

A1 customer service, thanks to George for the follow up!

by:

Well I have driven about 50 miles locally with a set of old skis incase they would fail, and absolutely no issues. What I would like to see is some system ie :lock on each cup so that they can’t be removed and stolen ? We r headed on a 4 hour ski trip next week so I’m confident we won’t have any issues ....

After using this rack for a whole season, I’m very satisfied with it. Works exactly as expected. Very unique design that allows me to carry 2 boards on any car. You might be able to squeeze 4 if you can line it up so the bindings don’t touch. You do have to be careful mounting the rack on your car to make it stick. It’s important to wipe any dirt off and moisten your roof with a little mist of water, but after you do that it sticks really well. No problem driving 70-80mph with it. I really like having a sunroof to mount the front suction cup on because it allows me to watch the vacuum gauges to make sure that the rack is firmly attached from inside my car. So thankful to seasucker for making a product for those of us who drive sports cars and ski/board!

Quite an amazing product. When it arrives, you think, "Oh man, how is this going to make it the whole trip?" But I can tell you that I traveled from Fort Worth to A-basin/Keystone and back with no issues. That's 1640 miles there and back at speeds up to 85 mph and at least 3 of the world's climate zones on just this one trip.

It is best practice to give each of the suction plungers a few taps every time you gas up, but I forgot a few times and it still caused no issues.

Simple assembly with 4 suction cups and 2 of the high-density plastic racks that connect to each other with an included alan key and headless screw. Also includes the high tension straps you'll need to fasten skis/boards at the front and rear of your gear. When I say this rack was solid, I mean like I'd touch it to test for stability while driving and gassing up and it felt like it was sitting in hardened cement. Absolutely rock solid.

And, there's a spare strap and plunger included.

A couple minor things worth noting (but none of these could justify taking away from the 5-star rating I gave this product):
- The suction cups require a clean surface, so don't take this lightly. I took mine to a car wash right before mounting.
- The clean surface must also be smooth and seamless. I didn't notice until I started mounting that my truck has a grooved roof, so I had to put 1 rack on the bed cap roof. It worked great.
- I wish there was an option just for skis b/c these racks were about 1" too tall to fit in the garage while mounted to the roof, and it's obvious the height of this product is to also accommodate snowboarders.

Like I said, minor stuff. 5-stars all the way. You won't regret it!

I was able to verify with Inno that you will need a roof rack to use the Inno Ski and Snowboard Roof Rack # INTX726 on your 2013 Ford Flex with the bare roof. Hey Jeremy, thanks for reaching out! I have a potential creative solution for you, but we unfortunately don't have any fishing rod carriers that mount on an RV ladder. Then you'll just need to make sure you have the reel mounted at the top just to ensure that the rod and reel don't work their way down and out...
