Heavy loads in the bed or a trailer on the hitch can make the rear drop and the front lift, throwing off steering and braking. The Timbren Rear Suspension Enhancement System adds up to 6,000 lbs of support above the rear axle to keep your vehicle level under load. The hollow rubber springs stiffen progressively as weight increases, helping maintain a steady ride height and improving overall handling while towing or hauling.
Bumps, potholes, and rough job sites can beat up your suspension and make for a harsh ride. Timbren’s Aeon hollow rubber springs take the hit first, acting as shock absorbers that cushion impacts before they reach the frame. They help prevent bottoming out when loaded, reduce wear on leaf springs, and give you a smoother, more stable ride when you’re hauling gear or towing heavy trailers.
Sharp corners, uneven loads, or gusty crosswinds can throw your truck off balance. Each Timbren spring works independently to support its side of the vehicle, cutting down body roll and sway when turning or swerving. That independent action also keeps off-center loads steady and helps trailers track straighter on the highway.
Getting extra suspension support doesn’t have to mean running air hoses or wiring compressors. This system bolts directly to existing frame points in place of your factory bump stops—no drilling required. Each kit includes two Aeon hollow rubber springs with custom brackets and hardware for a straightforward setup you can handle in your own driveway.

I am still very pleased with the product! I tow 5 ton of stone in my dump trailer and it dramatically reduced, sway and squat in the truck. I recommend these over the air ride version because I did not want to cut my fender liner for those.

The Timbren Aeon springs work best on vehicle suspensions that are in good repair. If the shocks or leaf springs on the vehicle are worn, the springs wont perform as designed.

Hi there, thanks for reaching out, that’s actually a common issue with this type of trim. The one you tried is a standard flat insert, but some RVs (like your NOBO) use a slightly domed trim to help it sit over the screw heads in the track. If the screws stick up even a little, a flat trim won’t fully snap in place, which sounds like what you’re running into. The best way to find the right replacement is to remove a small piece of your original trim, lay it flat, and measure the full width from edge to edge. Most are either 3/4" or 1", but the shape matters too, not just the width. If yours has that domed profile, you’ll want something similar or a softer vinyl that can flex over the screws. If you’re able to send a quick photo of your track or old trim, I’d be happy to help you find a better match.
