I have a 1999 ram 2500 cummins and looking at Firestone 2220 ride-rite air bag helper spring will this work with a gooseneck hitch

We do not offer an air bag helper spring system that will work with your gooseneck hitch installed on your 1999 Dodge Ram pickup truck but I do have a solution for you.
If you have a 2WD truck I recommend the Timbren Rear Suspension Enhancement System, part # TDR1525H2. This replaces the bump stop on your truck and helps when carrying a heavy load. This system does not affect the empty ride of your Ram. This is designed to work with a suspension system that is in good working order and will not increase the weight-carrying capacity of your truck.
If you have a 4WD truck the system I recommend is part # TDR1525H4.
