Expert Reply:
The Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Air Helper Springs - Rear Axle # AL57215 is not compatible with your B&W Turnoverball gooseneck hitch in your 2001 Ram 2500 4x4. Your particular vehicle will not work with air springs and an in bed hitch, so I recommend the Timbren Rear Suspension Enhancement System # TDR1525H4. This jounce style springs will help support your load and work independently to compensate for off-center loads and reduce body roll. These aeon hollow rubber springs act as shock absorbers and will extend the life of your factory suspension system.
