The Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Air Helper Springs part # AL57230 will not interfere with most 5th wheel brackets. However, this kit is for a 2002 - 2008 Dodge Ram Pickup 1500 and since you have a 2002 Dodge Ram 2500 it will not work for you. Unfortunately, there is not an airbag kit that will work for your truck and not interfere with 5th wheel brackets but I do still have a solution for you.
I recommend using the Timbren Rear Suspension Enhancement System as this will be your next best option for load support/stability. The best thing above this system is that they are easy to install and completely maintenance free. If you have the 4x4 model then you will want to use part # TDR1525H4, if you have the 2x4 model without Dana 80 axle then you will want to use part # TDR1525H2, or if you have the 2x4 model with Dana 80 axle then you will want to use part # TDR3500B.
