5,000-lb Capacity. When the load gets heavy, your truck shouldn't feel like it's fighting you. These air bags help you stay level and in control so you can tow with confidence and handle heavy loads without second-guessing your suspension.
When the load gets heavy, your truck needs more than just rear springs hanging on for dear life. Alpha HD air springs add up to 5,000 lbs of rear axle support, keeping your truck steady even when the trailer is loaded, the bed is packed, and the miles are long. No more rear-end sag throwing off your braking and steering, or headlights pointing into the sky. With air bag support underneath, you keep control of your ride even when you're towing a travel trailer or moving a serious payload.
Every load is different, and this system adjusts to match. Alpha HD air springs let you fine-tune ride height and firmness with air pressure from 5 to 100 psi. When carrying heavy weight, add air to level your suspension and maintain steady handling. Running without a load? Drop to the minimum pressure for a smoother, more compliant ride without stiffness or bounce. Manual inflation valves are included, so tuning your setup for each trip is straightforward and dependable.
Air bags are only as strong as their weakest link. That's why Alpha HD bags are reinforced from end to end with heavy-duty end caps, 20 internal support wires, and powder-coated steel brackets. Add corrosion-resistant hardware and thick roll plates, and you've got gear that holds up to real-world hauling through heat, cold, salt, and slop.
Adding serious load support shouldn't mean losing a whole weekend. The precision laser-cut brackets are designed to bolt cleanly to your truck's existing mounting points with minimal drilling. Just smart engineering that fits the way it should, which is perfect for the DIYer. Manual valves mount through license plate fastener holes or a location of your choosing (which may require drilling). With high-quality fittings, pre-bent brackets, and mounting hardware included, you'll be back on the road in just a few hours without a trip to the fab shop.
This kit is designed to work with your setup today and grow with your upgrades tomorrow. You can inflate manually through the included air valves right out of the box, no extra parts needed. Already have an onboard compressor? The Alpha HD system connects easily to most existing setups.
Want to step up to an all-in-one kit with air bags, compressor, and wireless controller in one package? We've got you covered with Pacbrake's On Demand Kit (PB89YV).
Looking for a complete system with onboard air storage too? Upgrade to one of the "Ultimate" Kits (PB62YV) or (PB72YV) with air bags, compressor, wireless controller, and a 1/2-gallon or 2-1/2-gallon tank for added versatility.

Hi, everyone. Steve here with etrailer.com. Today, we're looking at our Pacbrake Alpha HD Pro airbag suspension kit. It's a double convoluted kit for your rear axle rated at 5,000 pounds. Now, this does fit a 2015 through 2020 Ford F-150, but I'd like you to verify that with our fit guide here at etrailer.com to be sure you get in the right parts the first time. Sometimes, these videos can be outdated.
It could potentially fit different year, make, and models as well. Now, these will give you 5,000 pounds of load support by reducing rear end sag, sway, and bounce, meaning you're gonna have a better handling under load. And they do have adjustable air pressure option, meaning you can set them between five to about 100 PSI depending on your load. Now, this will be the complete kit. Today, I just have everything kind of loose fit here on the table.
I'll throw an image up on the screen for you. You're gonna get everything on that image included with purchase. You're gonna have the bags, all the laser-cut measure brackets that are nice, elegant powder coat finish, so they're not gonna rust or corrode anytime soon on you. All the other plates, nuts, bolts, hardware, airline, airline cutting tool, and it looks like some cable ties and stuff as well as the rest of the hardware. Now with this kit, everything is ready to go now for a manual inflation setup, meaning you can manually inflate at the rear bumper and adjust these between that five and 100 PSI.
If you want to do an onboard air compressor, in-cab inflation, those kind of things, that is an option that's sold separately here at etrailer.com, and you can reach out to us and we can help you find the right kit to fit your needs. Or you're just ready for that in the future when the time comes, you can get that later on as well. So again, everything here is just kind of loosely put together. As you know, it's gonna be doing its thing under a load and these will be mounted to the frame. So again, this will be a minimum drilling installation, so you shouldn't have to drill too much.
If I remember right from the instructions, it's really just kind of enlarging a few holes to get the bolts to fit on a couple, so you should be pretty good to go. Folks, that's gonna wrap it up for our look together. I'm Steven. Thanks for watching.
Don’t fit, worked on it for hours with no luck.
