I occasionally tow a trailer with my 2023 Ford F-150 and want some rear suspension help. Gonna go with sumosprings but which are the best for my application?

Good question, and for occasional trailer towing on your 2023 Ford F-150 the best SumoSprings are going to be the 1,000 lb springs, with the correct fit for your truck being the following:

- SumoSprings Solo Custom Helper Springs # SS88UV

The 1,000 lb capacity of the # SS88UV is more than enough for your F-150, particularly for occasional towing, as the amount of weight at the rear of your truck simply won't go that high.
