Hey Tom! Yes, the Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Air Helper Springs # AL57390 are compatible with your Curt gooseneck hitch. The same is true for the version with the internal jounce bumpers # AL88390. As long as your 1999 F-350 is the 4WD model these will work for your setup.
