There's only one set of air bags that is compatible with the B&W Turnover Ball System item # BWGNRK1108 and your 2003 F-350. It is the Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Ultimate Air Helper Springs with Internal Jounce Bumpers item # AL88390. All of the other air bag kits are blocked by the brackets used to install the gooseneck hitch.

The Air Lift item # AL88390 is confirmed to fit the 4WD model of the 2003 Ford F-350. This system has a 5,000 lbs load leveling capacity.

The center bolt for the upper air bag bracket of the Air Lift item # AL88390 will go though the side plate for the gooseneck hitch. You will want to install the Turnover ball system first and use the hardware from it when installing the air bags when they occupy the same space on your truck's frame.

I also recommend adding the Firestone Air Command item # F2610 to your truck. This onboard compressor will allow you to adjust the PSI in your air bags from your phone.
