I have 03 f250 with a Reese 5th wheel hitch mounted with the universal install kit. What air lift system works with my set up. Thank you

Since you have universal install fifth wheel rails the Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 part # AL88390 that you referenced would install in your 2003 Ford F250 and be completely compatible.
