Question:

I have a 2001 F-250 4x4 with a reese 5th wheel hitch. What model air lift system would fit my truck the best?

For a similar air spring suspension enhancement system as the part # AL88390 that you referenced that will work with fifth wheel hitches installed in your 2001 Ford F250 4WD you would want the Firestone Air System part # F2550. This system has been confirmed to fit with 5th wheel hitches.
