I have a 2003 Ford F-250 super duty 4x4 with a curt gooseneck. I am looking for air bags for it but I haven’t been able to find anything that will work with it any help please.

According to AirLift, their # AL88390 LoadLifter 5000 Ultimate air helper spring kit is compatible with your 2003 Ford F-250 4x4 with an in-bed hitch. The kit will offer up to 5000 lbs of additional support that will more than handle the pin weight from a gooseneck trailer or a slide-in camper. This is a no-drill install.
You might also be interested in an on-board compressor system like part # AL25856, which will allow you to add or delete pressure from the system while you're on the move.
