I recommend the Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Ultimate Air Helper Springs part # AL88231 for the 2019 Ram 3500 4x4. Using air helper springs will give you a better more comfortable ride while towing compared to jounce style dense rubber springs that do not cushion road shock at all. The Air Lift springs are also designed to eliminate the likelihood of puncturing the bag because they are a roll plate on top and bottom of the spring. If in the unlikely event the air bags do lose air there is an internal bumper that will support the truck until you can get to a repair shop.

I also highly recommend to add the Air Lift Load Controller Compressor System part # AL25856 so you can inflate the bags from your cab instead of stopping at the gas station for air. The dual path will also make it so you can inflate or deflate each side of your truck individually if you need to level out the load.
