Hello, I have the puck system on my 2019 Ram 3500 and I am wanting to get an autosliding fifth wheel hitch and also I'm looking to install something to help out with my suspension. Any recommendations?

For an autosliding 5th wheel hitch compatible with the OEM prep package on your 2019 Ram 3500 we have the Demco Hijacker which comes in 18K # DM8550034 and 21K # DM8550035 versions. Since you are also wanting to add suspension enhancement it sounds like you'll be towing a larger trailer so I recommend using the 21K version along with the Adapter Rails # DM6099 to fit your puck system.
Then for suspension enhancement I highly recommend the Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Ultimate Air Helper Springs # AL88231 which provide you with adjustable suspension enhancement for up to 5,000 lbs. It is worth noting that this kit will not increase the weight capacity of your vehicle, but it will help to stabilize and level out your towing rig.
I also recommend installing the Air Lift WirelessONE Compressor System # AL25980 so that you can monitor and adjust the air pressure in your air bags at your convenience.
