Question:

I have a 2022 Ram 3500 4x4 SRW 8’box and am towing a 42’ fifth wheel with a pin weight of around 2600#. When the 5th wheel is fully on the truck, it sags the back enough and I would like to bring it back level, but not have the truckWhat do you recommend? RAS, air bags or helper springs? Thank you for your opinion

As long as your 2022 Ram 3500 doesn't have the factory air suspension I recommend the Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Ultimate Air Helper Springs # AL88231. Since these are adjustable with the air pressure you can better dial in your ride height. They also have the internal jounce spring unlike other air bags which help to reduce bouncing which is a common problem when using air bags to haul heavy loads. The Air Lift WirelessAIR Compressor System # AL74000 pairs great with these since it can monitor the air pressure in each spring for you while you drive and will automatically make adjustments should it change by more than 3psi.
