Hi everybody. Andy here with etrailer.com. Let's take a real quick look at this Pacbrake Alpha XD Pro Rear Axle Double Convoluted Airbag Suspension Kit with Internal Jounce Bumpers. Now this kit has been designed to work with your 2019 and newer RAM 3500, both the two and four-wheel drive models, and I do wanna make you aware of the fact that this kit will not fit factory air suspension or cab and chassis vehicles. So as you know, when the load gets heavy, your truck is going to need more than just those rear factory springs hanging on for dear life. These airbags are going to add up to 7,500 pounds of rear axle support, keeping your truck level and steady even when your trailer is loaded, the bed is packed and the miles are long. Now you're not gonna have to worry about any more rear end sagging throwing off your braking and steering or your headlights pointing up to the sky because of the heavy load in the back. Bottoming out doesn't feel rough. Not only feel rough, but it can wreck your airbags.

That's why this system includes internal jounce bumpers inside of each bag as I'm showing you there on that photo on your screen. So even with no air pressure, your suspension has a built-in safety net and you can safely run at zero PSI when unloaded, which means no harsh rebound, just that smooth factory style ride. So, as you know, every haul is different. That's why these air springs give you full control over ride height and firmness with adjustable air pressure from five to 100 PSI. So if you're hauling a fifth-wheel or a full bed of gravel, you can load up the pressure to the firmness that's going to work best for you.

And then when you are unloaded and heading home, you can drop that pressure back down for a softer ride. With the manual inflation valves included, tuning your suspension for the day's work is gonna be pretty easy and straightforward. Now, extreme hauling does demand extreme durability. These springs are built with one-inch thick corrosion-resistant end caps that you can't see 'cause I do have these loosely assembled here just to show you what they're gonna look like when you have them installed underneath your vehicle. But the springs also are reinforced with 20 internal support wires for maximum strength under a heavy load.

And then you get these heavy duty roll plates at the top and the bottom, and they're gonna protect the bags from chafing and extend the lifespan. These powder coated steel brackets are going to fight back against rust, road salt, corrosion, and so this kit's going to be able to handle virtually any type of weather, any type of road conditions. Now these precision cut laser, precision laser cut brackets, they're custom fit. They are designed to bolt cleanly to your truck's existing mounting points without welding or drilling your frame. And this kit is designed to work with your setup today and wherever your upgrades are gonna take you tomorrow. You can inflate manually with the standard air valves right now out of the box. No extra parts are gonna be needed. But then if you already have an onboard compressor, this is going to connect pretty easily to most existing setups. And then if you're planning for an in-cab wireless controller down the road, that's not gonna be an issue because with this kit, you're already laying the foundation to expand your control options down the road. So you got all the brackets and hardware that you're going to need with the airline to get this installed into place. Instructions are included to guide you through that installation process. And again, this is gonna give you up to 7,500 pounds of additional leveling support. But be aware of the fact that air springs do not actually increase your truck's weight carrying capacity. So you do wanna make sure that you're not exceeding your manufacturer's recommended weight limit.
