When your bed is full or a trailer’s pushing down on the hitch, the rear end can squat and throw off handling. The LoadLifter 7500 XL Ultimate air springs add up to 7,500 lbs of load-leveling support to keep things level and steady under heavy weight. The 7" diameter double-bellows design gives more air volume than smaller bags, so you get stronger lift at lower pressures. That means a leveled stance, confident braking, and steering that feels right even when you’re maxed out with cargo.
Rough roads and driveway dips can bottom out stock suspension. These air springs include an internal jounce bumper that cushions the blow if air pressure drops too low, protecting the bags from damage and keeping a smooth ride even when underinflated. The setup helps absorb road shock and reduce sway, so your truck feels planted instead of bouncing down the highway.
Every haul is different, so being able to dial in support makes all the difference. The LoadLifter 7500 XL lets you fine-tune air pressure anywhere between 5 psi and 100 psi. Inflate each spring independently for side-to-side leveling when loads aren’t centered, or balance them together for even support front to back. Manual inflation valves mount on the bumper for easy access, and if you want to automate things later, it’s ready for an onboard compressor system (sold separately).
These heavy-duty springs are made from 2-ply, fabric-reinforced rubber with high-strength Zytel nylon end caps that are lighter and more corrosion resistant than steel. Upper and lower roll plates protect against wear and boost load capacity, while custom brackets and hardware come ready for installation. It’s a solid setup built to handle real work without leaks or premature wear.

The directions that came with the airbags were not good. E-Trailer install video was awesome. I could have gotten it done without the etrailer installation video but it would have taken me much longer. What helped even more was the truck used in the video was my same truck. Thank yall
Great job but had to modify the air bags for a 6in lift. The rough county lift kit takes away the block the airlift bolts too so we cut the block it came with and put it on the axle. Turn out good. Put 1,400 mile on them so far with no problem.
These air bags are of excellent quality and the customer service at etrailer is hands down # 1!!!

Installed on 2014 F350 4WD crew cab.
I did this installation myself with jack stands and a good floor jack.
Instructions were pretty clear in most respects although I would not recommend taking this on if you're not a good mechanic and have the proper tools.
Installation time for me was about 8 hours.
I'm very satisfied with the product as I haul a 12,000 lb. boat trailer and now can level the truck with the trailer attached.
I also can correct the left side low issue with the 55 gal. fuel tank filled.
Just completed a 5000 + mile journey pulling the boat with no issues.
This is a quality product that performs as advertised.
Contacted etrailer and on their recommendation for my service truck, I went with the Loadlifter 7500 XL Air Helper Springs for my 2015 F250 4x4 due to rear riding low. We purchased an AirLift bag system for our 2015 Ford SD F-250 to assist in towing a 2016 Montana 3160RL Legacy 5th wheel trailer. The bags are amazing!! Along with a gauge and air compressor system, we have smoothed out our ride while towing our 5th wheel. Very happy with the purchase and investment in this system.

I purchased the Air Lift Load Lifter 7500 XL Air Helper Spring kit for my F450 Ford Dually. I pull a heavy 5th Wheel Trailer and wanted something to raise the rear if the truck when the 5th Wheel was attached. I run with about 4,200 lbs, pin weight and these air lift bags did a great job at leveling things out once hooked up. The kit was very complete, good instructiona and fairly easy to install, (I used a four post lift to install this kit, but it could be installed at home if necessary). I typically run about 60 lbs air pressure in the bags (when loaded), and get about 1 1/2" of lift with that pressure. When empty, I run 5 - 10 lbs. Great product!!

Shipping was fast. Install was easy (once I removed the spare tire). Just follow the guide step by step. I haul 8000-10000 pounds in a 14 foot dump quite often. My truck would squat 6-7 inches. NOT ANYMORE. With about 65 psi I have a level ride. Much better handling. Great product. I should have bought years ago.

I love having them on the truck. I wish I wasn’t so cheap and bought the onboard compressor. But the valves work. Smoothed out the ride when unladen and levels the truck when heavy giving much more stability and control.

I purchased the air suspension system for my 2012, F250, 4x4. We have a 5-wheel camper and I also have a gooseneck trailer that I pull. My thought and hope when I purchased this system was that it would assist with carrying the load, keep the truck from squatting when loaded, and possibly help with the stiffness of the trucks suspension. It was a win in all areas! I run about 40 psi in them at all times and you cannot believe how much better the truck rides. Institution was not bad. The directions were pretty straight forward and easy to follow. My issue came about, because I was trying to install a B&W gooseneck hitch at the same time. Bouncing back and forth between instruments added a bit of confusion, but I managed to overcome it. I have my own 2-post lift and I must say, I would not have wanted to installed this without that luxury. Rolling around on the ground doing this would have been difficult. I did have one issue that frustrated me somewhat. After having everything in place and ready for use, I had an air leak. I was not happy. With the assistance of a spray bottle of water, I was able to locate it. On the top of each airbag there is a 90 degree air fitting that was pre-installed. I looked at it during assembly and thought that maybe I should remove it and put Teflon tape on it to ensure it doesn’t leak. Well……, like a dumb—s, I didn’t. And guess what. There was my leak! I had to take the whole thing back out from under the truck to fix it. I had to do both sides. Lesson learned. Beyond that, it was a great purchase, a great product, and if I ever trade trucks, it will be the first thing I put on my new one.

I have reached out to the manufacturer and they informed me that they have a thread sealant applied on most all of the fittings now, but that was not always the case.
I wish I would have installed these on my F250 sooner. I am amazed at how much better the towing experience is after installing this kit. The improvement is incredible towing my fully loaded toy hauler. I even notice an improvement with my flatbed towing a side-by-side, which I didn't expect at all.
Been installed for a year, still going strong.

Helper air bags work great to support truck when loaded and pulling a travel trailer. Helps level out truck and keeps headlights where I need them.
Totally awesome air bags and a great fit on a 2013 f350 super duty .
Have these installed on a 2016 F350 dually for towing a 5th wheel rv. Also installed the onboard Air Lift compressor.
Should have made this upgrade years ago. The abrupt jolt felt when traveling on rough roads is gone. These replaced a set of Timbrens. I was happy with them but the airbags provide such a better overall ride.

That is awesome to hear! I agree the Timbrens are good but airbags tend to increase that ride quality more. I am glad these have worked well for you. What kind of 5th wheel are you towing?
