Photo Comparing LoadLifter 7500 XL with LoadLifter 5000

LoadLifter 7500 XL Ultimate springs have up to 20 percent more air spring volume than LoadLifter 5000 springs. The available volume in these 7" double-bellows air springs enable greater leveling strength at lower pressures. This ensures maximum load-lifting abilities and a great ride quality no matter the load.

  • Should I Get Loadlifter 5000 Or 7500 For Towing A 15K Fifth Wheel
Since the pin weight of your camper is 2.1k, I recommend going with the LoadLifter 5000 opposed to the 7500. While technically there is not reason you couldn't use the 7500 kit, it really is not necessary for a camper like yours. Generally the 7500 kits are used on vehicles that have a constant heavy load in the bed like a salt spreader or truck bed camper. For your 2012 Ford F-350 I recommend the Air lift Loadlifter 5000 Ultimate # AL88396. I prefer the ultimate kit because the air...

  • Does Running Minimum PSI in Air Lift Air Bag Kit Affect Unloaded Ride Quality
Hey Kevin, if you were to run the minimum 5 psi requirement in the Air Lift kit part # AL57596 the ride quality would be the same as stock as the bags would essentially be totally empty. The 5 psi prevents the bags from deforming though which is why that's minimum and not zero. Air ride suspension is different though since the air springs are the sole spring so they will be bouncier than kits like this.

  • Recommended Air Springs for a 2016 Ford F-250 With a B&W Turnoverball Hitch
Hey Daniel, for your 2016 Ford F-250 I recommend checking out the Air Lift LoadLifter 7500 XL Ultimate Air Helper Springs # AL57596 for 4WD models or # AL57395 for 2WD models. These air springs will work just fine with your Turnoverball, has up to 5,000 lbs of load leveling support so you'll have plenty of capacity while you're towing or hauling, and has an adjustable air pressure range of 5 to 100 PSI. You're also going to need a compressor system in which I suggest going with the Air...

  • Recommended Best/Better Air Spring Suspension Enhancement for 2012 Ford F-350 Dually 4x4
With your 2012 Ford F-350 Dually 4x4 you are most likely towing some big loads. My recommendation is to use the Air Lift LoadLifter 7500 XL Air Helper Springs - Rear Axle # AL57596 for the greatest load leveling support or the Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Ultimate Air Springs w/ Internal Bumpers # AL88396. Either of these options are custom fit for your vehicle and are compatible with in-bed hitches in case you will be using them with a gooseneck or 5th wheel. I also recommend using a...

  • Recommended Air Lift Helper Springs For A 2015 Ford F-350 Pulling A 16K Gooseneck Trailer
Hey John, Pin weight is typically 15-25% of your trailer's GWVR. With a 16,000lb GVWR you'd be looking at 2,400lb - 3,200lbs of pin weight. That would mean the 5,000lb capacity Air Lift springs would be more than enough to handle the load. If your 2015 Ford F-350 DRW is 2WD then you'll need part # AL57395, and for 4WD models you would need # AL57396. If you want to be able to monitor your psi levels and or air up on the go then I recommend picking up the Air Lift WirelessONE Compressor...

  • Best Air Bag Kit For 2014 Ford F-450 Cab And Chassis With CM Bed
Hey Jason, thanks for reaching out, and happy new year to you as well! We do have an air bag kit for the 2014 Ford F-450 cab and chassis, but the # AL57596 you mentioned is for the F-450 super duty, and this will not fit the cab and chassis models. Instead what I recommend is the Air Lift # AL57345. These are the 5,000 lb capacity air bags which are the heaviest avaialble for your vehicle. The brackets are custom fitted for the F-450 C&C (diagram below). Please note that in order to use...

  • Airlift Air Bags and Compressor for 2011 Ford F250 Super Duty with 2 WD
Hello Jonathan. The Air Lift LoadLifter 7500 XL Ultimate Air Helper Springs - Rear Axle # AL57596 is only designed for 4 WD Models, so it will NOT work on the 2 WD. For your 2011 Ford F250 2WD you want Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Air Helper Springs - Rear Axle # AL57395 as they do not have a 7500 XL kit available for the 2WD models. These are still excellent airbags that will give you a load level capacity of 5,000 pounds. For an air compressor I recommend Air Lift WirelessONE Compressor...

Hey Michael, yes the Air Lift Air Bag Kit part # AL57596 and compressor kit part # AL25856 both will fit and work great on your 2011 Ford F-250 with the B and W Turnoverball gooseneck hitch part # BWGNRK1111 installed. What are you towing?

  • Recommended Air Bags for a 2016 Ford F-350 w/ a Gooseneck or 5th Wheel Hitch
Yes, you can Daniel! The Air Lift LoadLifter 7500 XL Ultimate Air Helper Springs item # AL57596, are compatible with in bed hitches. These have been confirmed to fit your 2016 Ford F-350 and have a 7,500 lbs capacity. I have linked an installation video below to show you how to get these air bags set up. I recommend adding the Air Lift WirelessAIR Compressor System item # AL58WQ to your truck. This onboard compressor will allow you to adjust the PSI in your air bags from your phone.

  • Recommended Bluetooth Compressor and Air Bags for a 2011 Ford F-450
Wyatt, I recommend replacing your compressor with the Air Lift WirelessAIR Compressor System for Air Helper Springs # AL74000EZ and your springs with the Air Lift LoadLifter 7500 XL Ultimate Air Helper Springs # AL57596. This compressor works with any air springs so if you decided you didn't want to upgrade your springs you don't have too, uses wireless control to let you adjust your springs from the comfort of your cab via a remote, and let's you monitor everything with the built-in gauges....

  • How Much Does Weight Does The Air Lift LoadLifter 7500 XL Ultimate # AL57596 Add To The Vehicle
Hey Tyler, The Air Lift LoadLifter 7500 XL Ultimate Air Helper Springs # AL57596 weighs approximately 45.75lbs. If you have a certain compressor in mind I can tell you how much it weighs or if you're in need of a recommendation then just let me know and I'd be happy to help.

  • Recommended 7,500LB Capacity Air Springs and Compressor For a 2016 Ford F-250
Personally I prefer the Air Lift LoadLifter 7500 XL Ultimate Air Helper Springs # AL57596 over the Firestone Red Label # F2703 for your 2016 Ford F-250. The Air Lift has an internal jounce bumper which not only helps to prevent damage to the spring but it also helps to reduce bouncing when towing heavy loads. Since installation of air springs requires removing the factory jounce bumper you lose this component all together with the Firestone. It is also easier to fill the Air Lift springs...

  • Can You Replace 5000 with 7500 Air Lift Air Bags On 2015 Ford F-350
In regards to the Air Lift LoadLifter Air Helper Springs, the XL or 7500 kits use larger air bags as well as thicker brackets in order to obtain higher capacities. Therefore, you wouldn't be able to simply switch out the air bags on the part # AL57396 to obtain the capacity of the part # AL57596 on a 2015 Ford F-350. If you want to make the switch to the 7500 XL kit, you'll be rewarded with 2,500 lbs of additional capacity. I have attached an install video I did on that exact kit as well.

  • Timbren Suspension Kit For 2016 Ford F-250 Towing 5th Wheel with Sag in Suspension
The Timbren kit part # TFR250SDG is a confirmed fit for your 2016 Ford F-250 and would do a great job getting rid of the sag you mentioned when towing your 5th wheel trailer. The big advantage this has over air bags is that the install is easier and you never have to worry about air leaks or maintaining/checking air pressure. It's very much a "set it and forget it" type solution which is why we recommend it over the air bags.

  • Recommended Air Spring Kit For A 2016 Ford F-250
I have several options for you but none of which include both the air bag kit and the air compressor. Therefore, you will need to purchase an air bag kit specifically designed to fit your 2016 Ford F-250 in addition to an air compressor kit. The Air Lift LoadLifter 7500 XL Air Helper Springs part # AL57596 is a confirmed fit for you 2016 Ford F-250 with factory tow package. • Air Lift LoadLifter 7500 XL Air Helper Springs for 2016 Ford F-250 with 4 inch Lift
As long as the 2016 Ford F-250 Super Duty has 4wd, you can use the Airlift air springs part # AL57596 with a 4 inch lift and a 5th wheel hitch in the bed. You need spacers to make up the room from the 4 inch lift in your suspension. Just because you have a 4 inch lift does not always mean you need a 4 inch spacer. You have to do a couple measurements to figure out which size spacer you need. You need to measure from the frame to the top of the axle on the Ford. Then subtract the operating...

  • Is Air Lift or Firestone Air Bag Kit Better for a 2012 Ford Super Duty
Both the Air Lift LoadLifter 7500 XL # AL57596 and the Firestone Ride-Rite Red Label Extreme Duty Air Helper Springs # F2703 are excellent choices for your 2012 Ford Super Duty but when compared to each other the Firestone # F2703 is the winner. This is due to the rolled crimp seal that connects the bags with the metal end plates. The rolled crimp seal ensure that the rubber air bags don't ever get damaged by the metal end caps. Typically you only see that happen if there is no air pressure...

  • Stainless Steel Braided Hoses for Air Lift Air Bag Kit
Hey Chuck, thanks for reaching out! Yes, we have the Air Lift Upgrade Kit # AL52300 which will work just fine with your Air Lift LoadLifter 7500 XL Ultimate Air Helper Springs # AL57596. Hey Scott; there are 7,500 lb air bags that fit your 2011 Ford F-250 Super Duty 2WD, though the # AL57596 are for the 4WD model. There aren't actually 7,500 lb Air Lift air bags that fit the 2WD model (I checked directly with Air Lift), but there are from Firestone: - Firestone Ride-Rite Red Label Extreme Duty Air Helper Springs # F2703 The # F2703 have the 7,500 lb capacity and fit your 2WD F-250, but I don't think your application needs them, in all honesty. • Air Lift Air Bag Kit for 2011 Ford F-450 with B and W Turnoverball Gooseneck Hitch
Yes, the Air Lift air bag kit part # AL57596 is a confirmed fit for your 2011 Ford F-450 and is perfectly compatible with your B and W Turnoverball gooseneck hitch setup. For a compressor kit then the heavy duty part # AL25854 will work great to make inflating the bags and maintaining them easier. The compressor will inflate faster than standard compressors and the gauge inside the vehicle will allow you to monitor and inflate them from inside the vehicle.

No, they can not! The B&W Universal Base Rails item # BWRVR3200 and any other comparable set of rails will not be compatible with a preinstalled gooseneck hitch. I do have quite a few options to potentially add some 5th wheel rails using an adapter or a puck system like item # RP30138-26 but you'll need to remove the gooseneck hitch first for the puck system. • Is Rough Ride Common with Air Lift Air Bag Kit with 5 PSI in Ford F-450
I wish there was an easy solution I can recommend but Air Lift will void your warranty if you run lower than 5 psi in the bags and the compressor kit won't let you do that anyway. 5 psi SHOULDN'T make it unbearably stiff so I'd hate to have you modify your setup to the point of voiding the warranty and not have it actually help. If the kit is brand new the rubber may be pretty stiff (since it is a heavy duty kit), break in and get a bit more flexible over time. Your truck though isn't...
