2016 Ford F-250 Super Duty
Let me start by saying this is not the first front receiver I've purchased from etrailer all my trucks get front receivers for winches. This time though the box shows up on time but the corner is blown open and the receiver is hanging out. Also the bag of bolts has been ripped open and half the bolts are loose in the open box but to my surprise after counting everything, they were all there.spray foam packing would have mitigated all that. Moving on. Went to install the receiver and the end mounting plates are 1/4 inch too tight. Won't fit the frame rails. Had to spread each side 1/8 out with a Hydraulic bottle jack. Apparently using a jig during the manufacturing process is optional these days. After all that I finally got it to fit good. It looks good and the welds seem adequate. I think it could have been installed in an hour by myself if not for having to "adjust" it but was still done in under 2 hours.

2011 Ford F-250 Super Duty
Mounted the EcoHitch hidden front mount trailer hitch on 2011 Ford F 250 with a Ranch Hand Grill Guard. The Ranch Hand uses two of the same holes as the EcoHitch's four mounting holes. Getting the pieces lined up is a bit of a challeng although no modifacations were necessary.If I have the need to do it again I would let an installation shop do it. etrailer's customer service and commuication are excellent, shipping time and delivery were very fast.

2015 Ford F-350 Super Duty
I've not opened the box yet. However I'll be surprised if all the nuts and bolts are inside. It sounds like the hitch was placed in a box built for something much larger. Then all attachments just tossed in. I will be attempting to install it next weekend so we'll see.

The EcoHitch arrived sooner than expected and was packed well. All parts were present. The installation was quick and easy with a helper and the use of two jacks. The hitch fit perfectly ang was great quality. Very pleased for mounting my winch

Arrived with all necessary parts and fit perfectly. The wire for fishing the bolts worked perfectly. So far so good. Didn’t take pictures of hitch itself but my winch is where I wanted it and did by myself in around 90 minutes.

2015 Ford F-350 Super Duty
The delivery was delayed for two days because of damages to the packaging. When it was finally delivered, the box was still damaged despite the many patches of cardboard and tape. In addition most of the hardware was missing and the license plate carrier was bent. Notified etrailer the same day + pictures

2015 Ford F-250 Super Duty
I installed by myself with jack and pri-bar, the only thing I found out was it was 2 person job but 1 can do with truck on rack or on a lift.
No problems working great and would install again if needed.

Works as hoped and nearly invisible when not in use, i.e. just as a license plate holder. I'm now able to get my trailers into much tighter spots with greater ease and some spots that would be completely impossible otherwise no matter your experience level. I had hoped to also use it for a bicycle rack while towing an RV but the obstruction of bikes in front field of view wasn't acceptable. Had to get a custom weld job of 2" receiver on RV back frame for that. Installation was difficult but manageable with the kit that is supplied. The wires for fishing through bolts are ingenious and critical to installation. I only subtracted one star because the width was off just a bit. Enough to where I had to use a small sledge to slightly reshape one end to get it to fit. Obviously you want a snug fit, but without the sledge, there's no way it was going in that space. Other than that, one other piece of constructive feedback, shipping was crap. Maybe pony up for a better shipper? Item had several scratches and a couple gouges. Small parts bag had been torn open and a few pieces escaped through the gaping holes in the cardboard box. But etrailer made it right. Sent replacements for missing parts and covered cost of a can of paint to touch up the damage. Something this beefy is still perfectly useable with scratches and even a couple gouges. Paint was just for rust/corrosion concerns since the scratches removed the finishing coat. Shipping cost to return/replace entire unit was understandably not worth it for anyone concerned. Overall, very satisfied with product and etrailer customer service.

Im sorry to see that your hitch has received some scratches on it due to shipping. This does tend to happen and when it does, we recommend using a Rust-oleum type paint to cover up any scratches and prevent corrosion in the future during use. I have a link below for your reference. The package arrived on time and in good condition. All the hardware was present. I would have liked to have maybe 2 more of the bolt fish wires as they get very stretched when you undo them and they get stuck the bolt hole.

2011 Ford F-250 Super Duty
Hitch is very sturdy and well built but holes did not line up on drivers side and needed to be redrilled in frame for hitch to be mounted. Also hitch seemed a little narrow and had to use jack to wedge it between the frame rails with a lot of help from a really big hammer to get it in place.

The hitch arrived with a hole in the box and only the hitch. No bolts, license plate holder, instructions or anything else. Called retailer and they shipped the parts out without question. Really like the hitch. You can’t tell it is there. Doesn’t impact ground clearance and seems to be very solid
