I have a b and w turn hide away goose neck hitch looking to see if these air bags will fit with the gooseneck in place and if I can get pointed in the doercetion for possibly onboard air

Yes, the Air Lift air bag kit part # AL57596 is a confirmed fit for your 2011 Ford F-450 and is perfectly compatible with your B and W Turnoverball gooseneck hitch setup.
For a compressor kit then the heavy duty part # AL25854 will work great to make inflating the bags and maintaining them easier. The compressor will inflate faster than standard compressors and the gauge inside the vehicle will allow you to monitor and inflate them from inside the vehicle.
