Yes, we have the Air Lift Upgrade Kit # AL52300 which will work just fine with your Air Lift LoadLifter 7500 XL Ultimate Air Helper Springs # AL57596.

Air Lift has the upgrade kit listed for the 5000 kits but both the 5000 and the 7500 use the same connectors and line sizes plus they have the same psi ratings so you'll be good to go!
