Yes, you can Daniel! The Air Lift LoadLifter 7500 XL Ultimate Air Helper Springs item # AL57596, are compatible with in bed hitches. These have been confirmed to fit your 2016 Ford F-350 and have a 7,500 lbs capacity.

I recommend adding the Air Lift WirelessAIR Compressor System item # AL58WQ to your truck. This onboard compressor will allow you to adjust the PSI in your air bags from your phone.
